We started Nexa after years of organizing events, productions and community-driven experiences — always with people at the center.
Between us, we’ve worked in large productions, hospitality, music and team coordination. That mix shapes the way we approach off-sites today: practical, thoughtful and hands-on.
We work mainly with small and mid-sized teams (up to 100 people), helping shape everything around your plan.
